Credit card transactions are made by Easypay as Charming Fascination’s authorised intermediate bank agent. On this regard, Easypay will appear as Easypay on your credit card statement.

Terms & Conditions
By booking and paying for a tour with Charming Fascination Unipessoal Lda you hereby agree to and accept the following terms and conditions. This agreement is between you, the participating guest/client, and Charming Fascination Unipessoal Lda
All personal details are compulsory in the registration form.
The participants minimum age is 18 years old as per Portuguese Republic law.
Charming Fascination Lda reserves the right to make changes on the itinerary programs or reserved services due to weather restrictions, traffic conditions or any other external influence.
By hiring our services, client is also authorising Charming Fascination to use the Images/videos for company’s publicity and promotional purposes on communication channels such as website, flyers, brochures, presentations, etc.
Client hereby states to be physically fit and healthy in order to be able to participate on the tour, program or event powered by our Agency. Please communicate us any relevant medical aspects: allergies, disabilities, medical or physical restrictions.
Group programs and Events powered by our agency depend on the weather conditions and have minimum number of participants required, which means that are subject to rescheduled, postponed or cancelled.
Booking services are hired and confirmed when availability is given online or by e-mail, and after the payment transaction is made.
All rates are in Euros and have VAT tax included. Surcharges/percentages depending on the payment method used may apply.
Please note: All cancelation should take in consideration the Portuguese timeline zone (GMT+0)
Cancelations are accepted only if requested by e-mail
Related to private arrangements/tours:
- If you cancel the reservation, the following refunds will apply:
- Less than 3 days (72h) prior to arrival date: the deposit or payment will not be refunded.
- Between 3 and 7 days prior to arrival date: refund up to 50% of the total amount of the deposit or payment.
- More than 7 days prior to arrival date: full refund of the deposit or payment will be made.
Related to group programs / exclusive tour programs and holiday packages:
- If you cancel the reservation, the following rules will apply:
- Less than 60 days: the deposit or payment will not be refunded.
- Between 60 and 90 days prior to arrival date: refund of up to 50% of the total amount of the deposit or payment.
- More than 90 days before: full refund of the deposit or payment
Related to river or ocean cruises:
- If you cancel the reservation, the following rules will apply:
- Less than 180 days: the deposit or payment will not be refunded.
- Between 180 and 365 days prior to arrival date: refund of up to 50% of the total amount of the deposit or payment.
- More than 365 days before: full refund of the deposit or payment
Cancelations made by our agency
Although unlikely, tours, trips or services packages may be cancelled/changed by Charming Fascination Lda when minimum number of participants is not reached or in other unforeseen circumstances. Changes or cancelations may take place up to 24h prior to date. Notification will be made by e-mail.
In the event of a cancellation by our agency, we will offer our guests the following options:
1. Re-schedule the tour if convenient
2. An alternative Tour will be offered. Rates of services may be different, and adjustments are to be made accordingly
3. Deposit may be kept and applied for another service in the future, even if distant
3. A full-refund of booked services
No refunds will be made:
- in respect of any unused portion of a tour or partially completed trip.
- When the defective services are due to third parties or they occur in an unpredictable manner.
- When the services can´t be provided, due to conditions beyond the control of the company. These are unusual and unpredictable conditions which could result in unexpected consequences such as weather conditions, transportation hazards, strikes, etc.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
BOOKING AND CONTRACT
Charming Fascination Lda – provides all tourist related services, such as; reservation of personal hosts, official tourist guides, transportations, restaurants, accommodations, monuments, boats, hire local tourist animation companies, private venues; organization of land tours for groups; represent international tour operators.
Contract is celebrated when guest hire and pays for the services by accepting terms and conditions.
1. Prices and included services
Price quotations are subject to change.
Please refer to the tour program for details regarding what it is included. Tips/gratuities, baggage or personal insurance, beverages or food not written in the programs are not included.
VAT tax are included on the informed rates. Additional charges, surcharges or commissions may apply depending on the method of payment
All services must be paid upon reservation.
Full payment by credit or debit card is required to make a reservation. Payment will be listed as EASYPAY on the credit or debit card statement. No refunds can be
EASYPAY is acting as an authorised payment intermediate agent of Charming Fascination Lda
Payment by ATM: By selecting te option ATM, it will be generated the payment reference. The payment can be executed at any time through any ATM or your homebanking. After payment, it is not necessary to send any proof of payment

The payment references are valid for three days. After this period they will be automatically cancelled.
Payment by Credit Card:
By selecting this option, Credit Card VISA, MasterCard or Maestro, you will be redirected to the EASYPAY payment gateway with secure HTTPS (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure) in order to finish your payment.
In case your payment was successful, it is not necessary to send any proof of payment, for our system will confirm automatically your payment.
If you are eligible for a refund, it can take up to 8 weeks to process. Refunds are not available for unused booked services.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you need to make any changes, adjustments, adds, to your booking. We will do our best to be able to confirm them to you.
Rate adjustments will be made accordingly.
MAIN CONDITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY
Charming Fascination Lda shall not be responsible or liable for any death, disability, injury, damage, liability, loss, cost, expense, delay, inconvenience and/or loss of enjoyment which is or may be suffered or occurred on our activities, tours or events.
It is guest/clients’ contravening or failing to comply with any laws, notices, instructions, tour information or itinerary provided by any Government, regulatory authority, the Company, tour operators, charter operators, hoteliers or carriers or otherwise any other act or omission of you or any other person, including being affected by alcohol or drugs, engaging in dangerous behaviour, being reckless, not taking adequate precautions or due personal care or otherwise entering into situations exceeding your or any other person’s abilities.
The inability of Charming Fascination Lda or company representatives, charter operators, hoteliers or carriers to comply with any special request relating to age, medical conditions, physical ability or disability, dietary requirements, allergic conditions or smoking or non-smoking accommodation or seating;
Negligence by, delay in or cancellation of services or any other act or omission of any airline, charter boat operation, land operator, transfer company or any other persons or company providing goods or services in respect to your booking arrangements; and/or
any force majeure or other events beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to war, civil disturbance or unrest, terrorism, acts of government or any authorities, weather, tsunami, earthquake, wind, fire, flood, strikes or industrial action, illegal activities, accidents, failure of transport carriers, machinery or equipment;
Charming Fascination Lda is an online marketplace for and is not itself an airline, transport carrier, resort or hotel owner or operator, boat owner charterer or operator, transfer company or otherwise (a “Service Provider”) and as such has no control over any services or product provided by suppliers.
It is the guest/client responsibility to check all details of their itinerary against their instructions and advise our agency in due time if any errors or discrepancies occurs.
Charming Fascination Lda does not warrant and is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any information given or statements made or implied by any employee, contractor, agent or representative of the company or any of its Service Providers.
Travel Insurance is mandatory for all travel arrangements and must include unlimited medical cover incorporating medical evacuation. It is guest/client responsibility to hire his/her own travel insurance

PROUD website contains links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content of any other website. We provide these links for convenience only but do not monitor or endorse the material on them. We cannot accept any liability whatsoever
This Agreement will be governed by the Laws of the Portuguese republic, without reference to its choice of Laws rules.
